Position Summary
Aurelian Realty is seeking a Director of First Impressions to serve as the welcoming face and voice of our firm. This pivotal role ensures seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and top-tier administrative support across departments.
Compensation
$2845 monthly.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
•Frontline Communication: Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. •Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for leadership and team members. •Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks, bi-weekly agent sales meeting, document preparation, data entry, monthly agent billing/reconciliation and correspondence. •HR Collaboration: Work closely with Human Resources to support onboarding, scheduling interviews, and assisting with team-related initiatives. •Cross-Department Coordination: Facilitate communication between departments to enhance operational efficiency. •Office Organization: Maintain a welcoming and organized front office environment.
Qualifications
•Strong verbal and written communication skills. •Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software. •A positive, professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset. •Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role is preferred.
